Stripe billing
Self-serve subscriptions in GBP or USD (set at signup based on region). Live — sign up, pick a plan, pay by card. Stripe Tax handles UK VAT and US state sales tax automatically once Filovera crosses the relevant tax-registration thresholds.

Outbound webhooks
Subscribe Slack, Teams, or any HTTPS endpoint to events like inspection.failed, asset.overdue, work-order.completed, or invoice.paid. Payloads are HMAC-SHA256-signed with a per-subscription secret; SSRF-guarded against private network ranges and cloud metadata endpoints. Configure in Settings → Notifications.

Public REST API
The same endpoints the dashboard uses, exposed via per-tenant API keys (`X-Api-Key` header). Issue a key in Settings, paste it into Zapier / Make.com / your own script. Pull asset registers, push inspection submissions, integrate with whatever's already in your stack. Swagger / OpenAPI documentation behind Basic Auth today; opens publicly when the first integration partner ships.

CSV import / export
Bulk-import asset registers from a spreadsheet. Export inspections, asset registers, and signed certificate metadata as CSV at any time. Per-tenant data export to JSON also available for full self-serve portability.

The backend is built, tested, and in production today. Self-serve setup isn't in the dashboard yet — we walk Enterprise customers through the connection during onboarding so it's right first time.

Microsoft Entra ID — bring-your-own SSO
Federate sign-in to your existing Microsoft Entra ID tenant via OIDC + PKCE. Filovera already enforces MFA on every sign-in via Conditional Access on its own identity tenant — bringing your tenant lets you add your own Conditional Access (device compliance, trusted networks, stricter session policies) on top. Session integrity is verified on every API call via signed JWTs with short expiry. Available on Professional and Enterprise — talk to sales to enable while the in-app self-serve flow is on the roadmap.

Xero accounting sync
Connect your Xero organisation via OAuth 2 with auto-refreshing tokens. Filovera pushes every issued invoice to Xero with the same invoice number as an idempotency key — no double-entry, no reconciliation work. One-way push today; two-way sync on the roadmap. Available on Enterprise — talk to sales to enable.

On the roadmap: Zapier app, native Power Automate connector, in-app self-serve flows for Entra SSO and Xero, two-way Xero sync, and bespoke connectors for SAP PM, Maximo, and ServiceNow on Enterprise.
